The days are getting shorter and colder but we had a brief reprieve last week with some unseasonably warm weather. This of course cued up t-shirt weather again and an excuse to rock bare legged looks one last time before the leaves tumble down.

I’ve been obsessing over what may possibly be SUPER’s coolest collaboration with the Andy Warhol Foundation inspired by a set of drawings published in a newspaper feature on women’s eyewear in 1957. I fell in love with the whimsical Babybaby frames which are decidedly fashionable, yet totally unpractical, perfect only for an over cast day.

Feeling inspired, I styled a fall look around these shades laced with pieces that made me think of, or rather, channel Andy. A mod Peter Pilotto dress, an angular M2Maliteir Amor Fati bag in cream and army green colourway, both from Holt Renfrew on Bloor Street, and a pair of vintage clip ons. Staying true to my own style, I added just a hint of granny vibe with a forest green mohair cardigan from Acne Studios (also from Holt’s on Bloor), a couple vintage watches and finished the look off with a felted pair of Misha Nonoo x Aldo Rise heels.
