Osheaga in Montreal is Canada’s premier music festival. Every year it’s bigger, every year it’s better, and it’s really well organized and considered. They also don’t let bros wear native head dresses, which is great.

First act of the day: SOPHIE

SOPHIE is awesome and so weird. We love the song that starts off like tuning your electric violin to the sound trains make when they take a corner at high speed, followed by the theme to jaws. Banger!

This crowd just knows how to have a good time.

Wolf Parade is back.

WE can’t wait for Nick Cage to play Dan Boekner in their biopic.

It’s important to remember how important art is. Don’t ever forget.

The Lumineers.

Red Hot Chili Peppers!

These peppers are spicy! ??

We love the flea.

Petiti patata has a rouge chaud piment poivres poutine special all weekend. Get on that.

Boys Noize making some noize.

Flume

Flume’s lightshow kept us plenty entertained, and then Kai and Vince Staples popped out to make sure we were having a good time.
