We ventured into near Arctic temperatures yesterday for a packed day at New York Fashion Week. Canadian minimalist womenswear designer Kaelen Haworth presented the fall winter 2016 collection of her eponymous brand at Pier 59 Studios. Edgy prep and and metallics were sprinkled in among floral prints and checkered coats.

The diverse models were presented among palm fronds and gilded mirrors while King Krule’s music echoed through the room. We were impressed with how accessible the looks were. The models wore a mix of soft, wearable day makeup to intimidating and powerful dark lips.
