A final release date for Lana Del Rey’s debut album Born To Die has finally been set for January 31st in North America, with the single “Born to Die” out Janurary 23rd and a remix EP by Damon Albarn, Clams Casino, and Woodkid will follow. She also tweeted the simple cover art above a few days ago.
Produced by Justin Parker, Born To Die, formally Born 2 Die, will feature previously heard tracks “Blue Jeans”, “Million Dollar Man”, “Off to the Races”, “Carmen”, and “Born To Die”, whose lyrics have been changed to “Let me kiss you hard in the pouring rain” from the provocative original “Let me fuck you hard in the pouring rain, you like your girls insane.” Watch the video teaser for the mastered version of “Born To Die” below.
