Grimes has dropped the official version of her video “Genesis” today. Have glimpsing a minute and a half of the teaser the other day, I will admit that I was one of the many making jokes about teasers for three-minute music videos. I will admit, I am super impressed. The video is basically a hipster cosplay day on the town. As a cosplay enthusiast, or rather, as someone who likes to see beautiful women dress up like characters from sci-fi and fantasy, I am loving this video. So… go on and watch it.
