Designer Elie Saab has opened his first store in New York.

The flagship location on Madison Avenue was designed by French architecture and design firm RDAI. The shop features a marble staircase and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for abundant natural light. There’s also an Italian-made stainless steel wall that adds a sense of glamour to the space. The interiors were meant to reflect the dedication to detail that Saab puts into every item he produces, whether it’s a couture piece or part of his ready-to-wear collection.

Speaking to Vogue, he has said:

“In every item, even if it’s day, there is the touch of the house. You feel the presence of the hand in every piece.”

Elie Saab now has locations in Dubai, Paris, London and New York. Check out the interior of the New York flagship below.
