“Sex Sells: Unfortunately We Sell Jeans” Diesel Spring/Summer 2010 Campaign

We here at Sidewalk Hustle love the smutty, yet witty, sexual innuendo laden advertisements that the fashion houses just seem to adore, and so we are pleased to show you the upcoming campaign from Diesel. The slogan of their new Spring/Summer 2010 collection, “Sex Sells: Unfortunately We Sell Jeans” is a raunchy, sleaze-ridden shoot, that conjures up a feeling reminiscent of American Apparel and/or Terry Richardson. Keeping in mind the satirical aim of the campaign, the pictures could actually be a touch “sexier,” and a smidge less date-rap drug, considering the slogan, but does work overall to make the point.
