BMW Introduces the 2016 7-Series

BMW has unveiled their latest iteration of the luxurious and iconic 7 series lineup. If you are into dope cars and luxurious ways to travel this is definitely your jam. This is the kind of car you want to be driven around in, but if you do have to drive, like the rest of the peons, then you don’t feel bad about doing it. Some highlights include fine-grained full Merino leather with hand-crafted details such as the stitching, hand-braided piping and colour-contrasting seams. The 2016 7 Series features the brands distinctive kidney-shaped grilles, which act as air vents and actively regulate the airstream, so your engine stays cool while you look hot going fast. The engine has been beefed up with a 740i variant, which features a 320-horsepower 3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine, and the 750i xDrive with a 445-horsepower 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8, so again, you go fast.

The last new addition and this is for the tech head, the new BMW Series 7 features iDrive 5.0 with touch display and gesture control, as well as 3D sensors to register hand movements. You can charge your wireless device, and even park/pull out your car using your smartphone. Yeah, that’s right, the future is now!

Oh, but the future isn’t cheap, the pricing for the 7 will begin at $82,250 USD for the 740i and $98,350 USD for the 750i xDriv, plus whatever you have to pay your driver. Both cars will be hitting the streets by the end of the year. Take a closer look at the car below and hit play on the video above for a detailed look at the new BMW Series 7.
